🎈 Balloon Care & Logistics
Six quick balloon care tips
- Keep balloons at room temperature, away from heat sources.
- Avoid leaving balloons in cold spaces like garages, as they may deflate.
- Handle with care and avoid sharp objects and rough surfaces.
- Keep away from direct sunlight or heat to prevent popping.
- Don’t release balloons. Dispose of them properly.
- Keep away from children and pets.
Pickup & Drop-off Rules: Please ensure your car is empty and seats are folded down, as balloon displays are large. If collecting during hot weather, set your air conditioning to 'full blast' to prevent popping. In cold weather, keep your heater at a moderate level; it is normal for balloons to expand and contract with temperature changes, and they will return to their natural shape once back at room temperature. If your balloons are being delivered, please follow the attached balloon care instructions.

Tyla and Kobus were so great to work with for our wedding! We hired the Love letters and a welcome sign board that were stunning! They were great at communicating and we found them really really friendly and easy to chat to! Would 100000% use them again for any future events!
