Welcome easels for milestone birthdays
Put the name, the big number and the date on a welcome easel at the entrance. It pairs with a light-up number or a sequin wall, so the party looks finished from the moment guests walk in. For an 18th, a black welcome board with gold lettering beside balloon clusters is a favourite.
Welcome easel hire
from £110A gold antique-style easel or a white A-frame easel, with a black or white round or square welcome board and vinyl lettering in one colour. We deliver, set up and collect.
Tell us the board you want (black or white, round or square) and your wording in “Anything we should know?” in the form below.

Other ages and milestones
Not an 18th, 21st, 30th, 40th, 50th or 60th? The same pieces work for any age. A 16th, a 25th, a 70th, an 80th or a 90th all use the same light-up numbers (£40 single, £80 double) and helium foil numbers (£15 single, £30 double). Pick your pieces in any section above and put the age in the notes box.
Choosing your colours and your backdrop
Start with the room. A big hall takes a wide backdrop, such as a sequin wall or a long garland, while a living room suits an arch and a few balloons on weights. Pick two colours and let the number be the third. Not sure? Message us the room size and the age and we will suggest a setup.
