What is available and what it costs
Both prices include your choice of welcome board and vinyl lettering in one colour. Choose your board: black or white, round or square, which makes four boards in total. Delivery is free in our local DE11 area, and the Quote Engine adds delivery for your postcode.
About our welcome easels
Our gold easel has an antique style, which gives a warm, classic look at the entrance to a venue. Our white easel is an elegant A-frame, a cleaner shape that suits white, neutral and pastel decor and sits well beside our all-white soft play and bouncy castle hire.
The welcome board on top is the part that is yours. Choose black or white, round or square, and we apply your wording in vinyl, so the sign reads clearly from the door.
A welcome easel works well at weddings, christenings, baby showers, milestone birthdays and engagement parties, hen dos, and it pairs naturally with an organic balloon garland or a backdrop to build a full entrance. You can see the rest of our hire range on the party hire extras page.
Questions we get asked
What is included in the price?
The gold antique-style easel is £120 and the white A-frame easel is £110. Each price includes the welcome board and vinyl lettering in one colour. You choose one of four boards: black or white, round or square.
Which easel and board should I choose?
The gold antique-style easel gives a classic, warm look, and the white A-frame is a clean, elegant choice that sits well with white, neutral or pastel decor. A black board with light lettering stands out strongly, while a white board is softer. Round or square is down to the look you like, so tell us your theme and we will help you pick.
What can go on the welcome board?
Names, a date, a short welcome message or the event theme. Send us your wording and your choice of vinyl colour when you enquire, and we make it up for your date.
Do you deliver and set up welcome easels?
Yes. We deliver, set up and collect. Delivery is free in our local DE11 area and charged at a small per-mile rate further out, and the Quote Engine works it out from your postcode.
How do I book a welcome easel?
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your date and wording, or add it through the Quote Engine. Dates are first come, first served, and a 50% deposit secures yours.
