About our backdrops and arches
Our backdrops and arches give an event something solid to build the look around. They come as a large arch with personalisation included, a medium arch, a half moon arch, a hollow arch, a mini arch and a favour wall, so there is a shape for a main stage and a smaller one for a table or cake corner.
The standard base is a neutral sand and off-white, which works with almost any palette, and a custom colour is available on request. Backdrops can be dressed with an organic balloon garland, personalised vinyl lettering, pampas grass or greenery, so it can be as simple or as fully styled as you like.
Think about where the backdrop will be seen from. A backdrop is usually the photo spot, so it works best facing the room with a clear space in front for people to stand. Tell us the venue and we will help you pick the shape and size that suits the wall.
Backdrops are a favourite for weddings, engagement and proposal setups, corporate events and baby showers, and several are already built into our pre-made packages.

Which size of backdrop should I choose?
The medium arch and the half moon arch are both 1.6 m wide by 0.8 m high, and the hollow arch is 1.8 m by 1 m. The large arch includes personalisation and the mini arch, at 1.54 m by 0.6 m, suits a table. Send us a photo of the space and we will suggest the one that fits.
Can you personalise the backdrop with names or a message?
Yes. The large arch includes personalisation, and personalised vinyl lettering can be added to other backdrops. Send us the wording and the colours you want.
Can I choose a colour other than the neutral base?
Yes. The standard base is neutral sand or off-white, and a custom colour can be requested when you enquire.
