We're based in Swadlincote and cover Swadlincote itself, Burton upon Trent, Ashby de la Zouch, and the surrounding South Derbyshire villages. Delivery within our local DE11 area is free, and further out we charge a small per-mile rate on top, which the Quote Engine calculates automatically once you enter your postcode.

As early as you can, especially for weekends and popular dates like birthdays around school holidays or the run-up to Christmas. We take bookings on a first-come, first-served basis, so getting your date and items confirmed early is the best way to guarantee availability.

Yes — we ask for a 50% deposit by bank transfer to secure your date and lock in your order, with the remaining balance due before your event. Bank details are sent over once your order is confirmed.

Most displays are delivered and set up ahead of your event, then collected once it's over, so you don't need to worry about pack-down. If you'd rather collect items yourself, that's fine too — just make sure your car boot or seats are cleared and folded down first, as displays are larger than they look in photos. Yes. We carry public liability insurance, our light-up and electrical pieces are PAT tested, and inflatables are supplied with a full RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statement) and are correctly tied down and secured on site. Absolutely — garlands, backdrops, and sequin walls can all be styled to your palette, and custom colour requests are no problem. Just let us know your theme when you enquire, or leave a note in the Quote Engine, and we'll build around it.

Yes, most of our displays are designed to be paired — a garland with an arch, a sequin wall with light-up numbers, a balloon hoop finished with an LED piece, and so on.
