Light-up love letters
£120Illuminated love letters, hired for the day. A natural centrepiece for the top table, the entrance or a photo corner.
Arches & welcome backdrops
from £40Half moon arch from £40, medium arch £45, hollow arch £60, or a large arch with personalisation £80. A favour wall is £70. Custom colours are an extra £20.
Arches start in a neutral sand / off-white base. Add the custom colour line if you want your own colours.
Organic balloon garlands
from £40A 4ft mini garland from £40, up to a 16ft statement garland at £180. Styled to your wedding colours.
Sequin photo walls
from £45A 2ft shimmer sequin wall from £45, 6ft at £90 and a 2.4m wall at £180, in gold, silver, black or pink. Add an LED sign for £20.

Balloon hoops
from £30A hoop on its own is £30, a half balloon hoop £120 and a full balloon hoop £210.
Cake plinth, stage & table balloons
from £12White paneled cake plinth £20 and an elevated stage floor section £60. Helium balloon sets for the tables start at £12 for three.

Welcome easels for weddings
A welcome easel is the first thing your guests see: your names and the date on a board at the entrance to the ceremony or the reception. It sits happily beside a balloon garland or an arch, so the doorway looks planned before anyone has found their seat.
Welcome easel hire
from £110A gold antique-style easel or a white A-frame easel, with a black or white round or square welcome board and vinyl lettering in one colour. We deliver, set up and collect.

Many wedding venues ask suppliers for proof of insurance and safety checks. We carry public liability insurance, our light-up and electrical pieces are PAT tested, and our current compliance documents are on our Compliance & HSE Records page, ready to send on to your venue.

As early as you can. We book on a first-come, first-served basis, so confirming your date and items early is the best way to guarantee availability. A 50% deposit secures your date.
